Sausage and pepper brochettes.
- Mince the pepper in large pieces along with an onion.
- Add a table spoon of vegetable oil and the pepper and onion pieces to a hot pan.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Move constantly for 5 minutes and remove from the fire.
- Roast 3 coctail sausages and assemble the brochette arranging them as you wish.
- Add a sauce of your choice.
You can add lemon juice.
