Brochettes for lunch

 

Lunch suggestion to share with friends or family.

Sausage and pepper brochettes.

  1. Mince the pepper in large pieces along with an onion.
  2. Add a table spoon of vegetable oil and the pepper and onion pieces to a hot pan.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Move constantly for 5 minutes and remove from the fire.
  5. Roast 3 coctail sausages and assemble the brochette arranging them as you wish.
  6. Add a sauce of your choice.

 

You can add lemon juice.
